Treachery is one of the seven armor Runewords that came out with the 1.11 patch. Each of the seven armor Runewords were designed with one of the seven Diablo 2 Classes in mind. Treachery is the armor Runeword designed with the Assassin in mind. It is not the cheapest nor the most expensive Runeword, but it is widely considered to be the best among the seven, due to the mods on Treachery being useful to both casters and melee characters. This is one of the superstar mods on Treachery, useful for any class, any build.

Fade is a very useful Skill from the Assassin’s Shadow Disciplines Skill Tree. It offers three benefits: (1) reduces curse duration (2) grants bonuses to all four Elemental Resistances (3) grants Physical Resistance. All three of the benefits provided by Fade are very useful for any Diablo 2 Player.

A Level 15 Fade lasts for 288 seconds (or slightly over 4.5 minutes), will reduce Curse duration by 79%, increase all four Elemental Resistances by 60% and grants a 15% increase to Physical Resistance.
