Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs for the PS3 is an adventure game based off the 2009 summer film cloudy with a chance of meatballs. The film was derived from a wildly popular children’s book. The Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs video game offers kids and parents an entertaining experience that they can share together while reliving their favorite moments from the film. The game is practically one big amazing food-fight! You can play as Flint, the main character, and also the nerdy hero from the movie. Flint Lockwood is a young inventor who dreams of creating that one giant invention that will improve everybody’s life. When he made the F.L.D.S.M.D.F.R. (Flint Lockwood Diatonic Super Mutating Dynamic Food Replicator), it seemed like he had accomplished his goal, when food began to fall from the sky. However, what originally began as a good thing for the people of his hometown of Swallow Falls soon turned into a mess.

Now Flint must use every invention and crazy gadget he has made in order to save the world from a food-tastrophe! You solve puzzles, climb, run, and jump through all of the twenty levels the game has to offer. Flint even has these awesome vehicles and gadgets you can use on your adventure through the 20 levels of food. Flint’s inventions let you slice and dice, melt, carry, punch, and also even spray pretty much all the food you see in that level. Players can even fight food itself with Flint’s inventions. Players chuck hamburgers, and fling fries. There is also a co-op option where players can pair up with Steve the monkey for some awesome co-op game play. The game is highly recommend it for anyone, it doesn’t matter what age you are it’s a great game. I promise you’ll enjoy it.
