Xbox 360 is indeed is an exciting video game console. There is no doubt that the video graphics are awesome. Try to inspect also your game disc if it has scratches. Too much scratches on it may cause the screen to freeze thus preventing it from playing properly. Do not use solvents when cleaning your discs for it will cause your data to be corrupted and inhibiting your screen for further interruption. Clearing also of your system cache can also help your Xbox 360 from freezing its screen. Check your HDD if there are errors, maybe there are complications. Remove it and restart your Xbox 360 again.

Check also the temperature of your game console maybe it is experiencing over heat. Take a break and give time to your Xbox 360 a moment to cool down. Excessive usage of longer hours causes your Xbox 360 screen to freeze.
